FESTIVE SEASON CLOSURE
The last date to place an order with the Recoil online shop will be Friday 13th December, to be shipped week commencing Monday 16th December. It will be closed from Tuesday 17th December to Thursday 2nd January 2025. Any orders placed during this period will be shipped, providing the products are in stock, week commencing Monday 6th January. Why I am only allowed to purchase 5 products?

The Recoil® web shop is ideally suited for users who are looking to purchase 1 or 2 products for either thread repair or small manufacturing production. The maximum number of products any user is allowed to purchase is 5. If you need more than 5 products then please email us.

Who is fulfilling my order?

The Recoil web shop is owned, maintained and updated by Howmet Fastening Systems Ltd, but all orders are taken and fulfilled by Stella Seven an official Recoil distributor in the UK. The terms and conditions of sale and delivery policies are all Stella Seven’s policies.

I can’t find what I want to purchase.

What payment options are available?

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to ship orders 2-3 business days from date of order. Once shipped, Royal Mail anticipate 2-3 business days first class and 3-5 days second class. Tracked delivery available. Some items are available for next day delivery.

How do I unsubscribe from your newsletters?

You can unsubscribe at anytime and there are two options. Option one- click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the update/newsletter. Option two- log into your account, click on newsletter subscriptions on the left hand side of the page and un-tick the box.

I’ve forgotten my password, how can I access my account?

Click on my account, where you go to log in, click on Forgot your Password? And enter the email address you used to set up your account. We will then send you a link via email to reset your password.

Can I track my order?

If you chose tracked delivery, you can track your order once you receive a confirmation email from us which will include your tracking number.

Is it possible to collect my order free of charge if I am local to the area?

Yes. You can arrange a suitable pick up date and time for your order by contacting us.
