International Tracked & Signed: Tracked & Signed is a combination service offering full end-to-end tracking, signature on delivery and an online delivery confirmation.
International Signed: Your item will be tracked until it leaves the UK and only handed over at its final destination once we have a signature from the recipient.
All of Royal Mail Tracking and Signature services aim to deliver to Europe within three to five working days.

Please note: Although this is a cheaper option than International Tracked and Signed and International Tracked it DOES NOT include the signed-for and parcel tracking features of those services.
Security and compensation
Tracking and Signature items travel in a separate network while they’re in the UK, and Royal Mail provides proof of posting and compensation up to £50 (approximately €70/USD$80) as standard. It also offers the option of extra compensation up to £250 (approximately €350) to protect valuable items against loss or damage.

Global Priority: Your order can be fully tracked using the Parcel Force website from when it is shipped to when it’s delivered, which is usually between three to five working days. A signature is required on delivery and compensation up to $152 is automatically included with additional rates available. Global Priority items can be tracked here: www.parcelforce.com.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 the consumer has the right to a refund 14 calendar days from receipt of goods.
Refunds will include monies received, including outbound delivery cost, within 14 calendar days of receiving goods back. If the consumer chooses to have goods delivered by more expensive means than the cheapest standard delivery option offered, the refund will not cover the full outbound delivery cost but only the cost of the standard delivery option which the consumer could have chosen.
