Delivery Schedule: We will normally send your order to you in 2-3 business days. No guarantee or warranty as to the rate of delivery or time of delivery is given or implied. Deliveries may be wholly or partially suspended and the time of such suspension added to the original contract in the event of stoppage, delay or interruption of work in the establishment of either seller or buyer during the delivery period as a result of strikes, lockouts, trade disputes, breakdown or any cause whatsoever beyond the control of the seller or buyer respectively.

Back Orders:  If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

What to do with faulty items: You have a maximum of 72 hours to report an item's fault (the 72 hour period begins from when the item is signed for): it is important that you check over your item once you have received it (even if you are not going to use the product straight away). Any faults reported after a 72 hour period will not be refundable. To report a faulty item complete the form on the enquiries page.

Stella Seven aims to respond to your complaint and have it resolved within 14 working days of receipt of your email or letter.
